Canon PIXMA MG6850 Inkjet Photo Printers : PIXMA MG6850 Inkjet Photo Printer

Does what it says on the tin.

Excellent printer, very neat to look at and the. Excellent printer, very neat to look at and the advantage of touch screen. It was very easy to set up, did it all on my own where normally i would have got my son to do anything technical.

Good printer, when comes to front and back printing take some time. Here are the specifications for the Canon PIXMA MG6850 Inkjet Photo Printers:

This item ordered when the similar unit that i had seemed faulty. Upon receiving this replacement, the fault had already been found and cleared. This printer has been so good that i’m keeping the new one, unpacked as a reserve. That will probably mean, with a bit of luck, it will never be used. I think that this illustrates how pleased i am with the product.

Canon pixma mg6850 inkjet photo printers – black. We’ve had this printer for a little over a month. It is connected to our computer via a usb cable. Printing text in black onto plain white paper is very quick. The quality of colour prints onto canon glossy photo paper is excellent. We’re very pleased with this printer. We have not had it long enough yet to know, what ink consumption is like. Very good performance is, however, the most important aspect for us, and that is first class.

    Brilliant printer/copier now superseded, but its hard to see how it can be improved. . Canon printers have been my choice for years now, and i have found none better. This particular model has been superseded so there is not a lot of mileage is writing a long and detailed appraisal and probably accounts for the very reasonable price from ‘pandy’ but nevertheless, this is a very handy work horse which covers most needs of copying and printing. Also more economical than the two cartridge system, using five separate ink cartridges which are very easily available. This printer was delivered within 24 hours of my order which i found exceptional especially considering the delivery day was saturday and for a delivery charge of less than a fiver – brilliant service, thank you very much ‘pandy’jc.

    1. I am quite happy with my mg 5850 printer but cannot find out how to print greetings cards?the problem is when i put in the a5 card 6×4 ( horizontally) it will only in print in the middle upright ie strait through the card. Otherwise the printer is great.

  5. Paper feed mechanism is poor. Bought this to replace a previous wifi printer that failed to connect more often than it succeeded, this is much more reliable. However, as it was bought to be a “remote” printer it is absolutely maddening that 50% of the time it claims it is out of paper when it isn’t. Consequently i have to go to it frequently to give it a nudge and persuade it that the stack of paper properly loaded in the properly lined up printing tray is damn well there for it to use and would it mind awfully getting on with it.So far i have managed to supress the urge to throw it out of the window but it is a struggle.
