SAMSUNG CLT-R406/SEE R406 Imaging Unit : Got it and got it good

I was surprised i needed to replace this so soon. But it was easy to fit and hopefully will last longer than the original one.

It arrived promptly and it really works on my cpl325w. The instructions are a little vague though and you need to use a little imagination. The new insert was a little over sized and had to be forced in. I don’t plan to keep the printer long, but such was my stock of toner, remedy was a good decision.

This worked fine but the printer thinks i need to replace it. More expensive parts for the samsung clx-3305 printer. This worked fine but the printer thinks i need to replace it again.

It works fine and save me a lot of money. Be careful on the install but very easy to do.

Saving you money in the long run. . Chip was easy to install and worked first time. I have got lots of extra sheets printed with no apparent deterioration in quality of the prints. The drum seems to have lots more life in it. There is an offer of a 2nd reset chip, if you send back the one you took out of the printer and this arrived very promptly too. So when the time comes to extend the life of a 2nd drum, i am well prepared.

    Great product it works and telling everyone about this this. Great product it works and telling everyone about this this is a great money saver and easy to fit, followed the instructions word for word and i’m a 64yr old and female, i even surpassed myself at how fast i was able to remove and fit another nice thing is you can email them to return the chip replaced and they replace with another free.

    This is the first time i have done this and i really didn’t believe it would work. But it does and i’m delighted. How long it will last i don’t know but i would recommend that it’s worth giving it a try.

    1. These things are not cheap but are guaranteed to work. The price on amazon is the cheapest (dec 2016) so that’s probably all you need to know – pretty easy to install and get working. I’m not sure if it’s possible to return for recycling like you can with samsung toner cartridges so will investigate. Don’t forget to send back your old samsung toner cartridges to them to recycle, there’s no cost involved, simply pack them up, fill out a return form on samsungs star website and do you bit for recycling. To find the uk site for samsung’s recycling program just google ‘samsung star toner recycling uk’.

    This was really easy to install and has worked perfectly. This was really easy to install and has worked perfectly. Left in place as there was no need to remove it. Printer is back to full capacity again.
