Quite possibly the best printer ever. The first laser printer i had purchased was a mono samsung, it’s still going after 5 yearsi then made the mistake of purchasing a brother mono laser printer, this failed within 3 months?so i found myself in need of another, i then thought the samsung printer is still going strong, so purchased this one. Setting up the wifi was a breeze, then everything was just click and print. I have tried it with my iphone 5s and ipad, my mac mini a windows laptop and a macbook – all worked effortlessly.

Compact and light printer. . Easy to set-up and works well. Just connect to your wi fi and off you go. All our tablet’s, laptops and chrome books work with this printer.

This one has wireless but it was not easy to connect to my network so i have simply. I bought this one after buying a similar one for work. This one has wireless but it was not easy to connect to my network so i have simply used a usb connection. Very happy with speed and quality of output. It’s much faster than my a3 £400 colour canon so it’s great for all my b&w work.

  1. Samsung sl-m2026w laser printer. Ordered on friday, delivered sunday morning. It was installed quickly without a hitch and printed perfectly. . After my inkjet the speedof this laser is impressive. I should have switched to a laser before now. I am very pleased with this purchase.

    Love the fact that it is wireless, as i could not use it otherwise. I love the fact that it has airprint as standard, which is so practical when printing on the go from an iphone/ipad.

    Within 10 minutes of the item arrive i was printing. I did buy a toner cartridge also but pleased to say it does come with one (how long this one will last we shall see). Pleased with the size also, smaller than expected. I have had a nightmare with wireless printers in the past, but this has been by far the easiest to set up and use. Very happy so far, definitely worth the extra money. Also mine did come with a usb cable so no need to buy it separately.

    Overall a good little printer for the price. Wi-fi a bit temperamental and supplied samsung toner was rubbish, i nearly returned the printer as faulty to amazon but bought a new toner and all ok now. Overall a good little printer for the price.

    Nice printer but the wirless connectionn is difficult to set up and a proper on/off switch would be useful.

    1. Read this if you can’t connect the printer to your wireless network. Posting a review just to help other people that may have a similar problem – where the printer won’t join the wireless network (pretty common from what i’ve read here and elsewhere on the internet). It turns out the printer will not connect to your network if you have wi-fi direct enabled, i. If you see a network with a name like this: “direct-g9m2020 series”. I’ve tried setting the printer using the easy wireless setup software, but there i was getting “the computer cannot conncet to the network due to invalid network security”. To turn off wi-fi direct you need to log on to the printer’s internal web server. Connect to the direct-g wi-fi network, open its internal address in a web browser (in my case it’s http 192. 1), then log in to system maintenance (upper right corner, id: admin / pass: sec00000), go to settings ->network settings, then in the menu on the left go to wi-fi direct, turn it off and apply.
